Click the dropdown in the top left corner, where it says BTCUSD or whatever, type XRP, and choose the highest vol market (liquidity is low so entering and exiting can be tricky, but so long as you don't get hung up on trying to get a maker discount and trading small edges you'll be fine)

XRP isn't great for day trading on BitMEX, unless you're doing small ttrades.
